This company works for the DUMP furniture store.

Only one word to describe the company and that is "unprofessional".

We were suppose to have our furniture delivered but they could not do it on previously scheduled time so they just rescheduled our time frame. Of course we could not make it on the rescheduled time frame, so we missed the delivery. We were guaranteed the driver would come back in the afternoon, but he never did.

My point being, please be a little reliable and stick to the time frame you promise your customer/s. Please also have your dispatch team communicate with your driver at all time, to make sure that the furniture is being delivered on time.

I am truly disappointed.
